A Persistent Promise (Nahum 3:18-19)

The events predicted in the Lord’s final word of judgement against the Assyrian empire are not primarily about a wicked kingdom receiving what’s coming to them. Rather, it’s ultimately about God being faithful to keep a promise He made generations earlier.
