Cup Lifted High
(Psalm 116)

The Psalmist speaks of the Lord doing great works on behalf of his people and how that stirs them to praise, holding high the salvation of their God. For us in the New Covenant, how much more should the greatest work of God towards us–our redemption through Christ–stir us to respond with maximum thanksgiving and praise.
