Joy-Fueled War
(Esther 9:1)

With Haman defeated, one might think that the battle was done. However, it was this victory that actually called God’s people to arms. The Lord’s victory fueled his people’s war. This is also true for us in Christ: His secured victory doesn’t produce apathy toward sin, our enemy, but is the grounds for our war with it.
