The Emptiness of Egotism
(Esther 5:1-14)

In Esther, Haman can not stand the slightest offense to his ego. Through this narrative, it becomes very clear that there is only one source of lasting joy for our needy souls and it is never found in us being made much of. Rather, it is instead found in our Savior exalting himself and his infinite worth.
