The Danger of Distraction
(2 Timothy 2:14-17a)

Paul charges Timothy to remind the church of the crucial truths he has already hit on earlier. He does this because there is always a dangerous temptation to slowly drift away from the gospel and the Word of God as the focus of the church and towards the words of the world. We must see the danger of being distracted from our primary focus.
