Due to the anticipated effects of Hurricane Florence on our area (flooding, power outages, debris), the elders have decided to proactively cancel all services and activities for Sunday, September 16.

As we head into this weekend, let us pray and rely on the Lord with such great conviction that there will never be one millisecond he is caught off guard by anything that will come about. He has good sovereign plans that he is working out for our good and his name’s sake. As the grandeur of this storm comes into view, may we tremble in amazement as the disciples did in Mark 8:27, “And the men marveled, saying, ‘What sort of man is this, that even winds and sea obey him?'”
