The Shield of Faith
(Ephesians 6:16)

When Paul mentions the shield of faith, a question needs to be answered: what is it that will extinguish the flaming arrows hurled at us by the evil one? We will see that it is never the strength or vitality of our faith but the strength and trustworthiness of the object of our faith: Jesus Christ himself.
