The Motivating Gospel of Peace
(Ephesians 6:15)

After seeing that only the sufficient righteousness of Christ will protect our weary hearts in the spiritual battle we face, it is no accident that Paul then calls for us to put on (as shoes) the readiness given by the gospel of peace. May we–as a people brought to peace with God through the perfect life, death, and resurrection of Christ–be compelled to herald this news boldly to a lost and dying world.
