An Ambitious Appeal (Mark 10:35-41)

After the Lord’s third declaration of the suffering He will endure, we see yet another sad display of the disciples’ longing for a place of prominence. Christ uses this event to teach all His followers that those who long to identify with Him in glory must first be willing to identify with Him in His suffering.
